This class will focus on basic postures and slower paced vinyasa with an emphasis on body alignment to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. Breathing techniques that connect breath to movement will be incorporated. A short meditation will close out the hour. Simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement will be the focus of each session.
